Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and programs in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Provide daily HSE support, supervision, and guidance at the project site.
- Coordinate and lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for site personnel.
- Develop risk assessments and hazard identification plans related to Turnaround (TA) and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Report and track HSE performance indicators and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Have significant years of relevant working experience in Oil & Gas and / or Petrochemical industry with 1 TA experience OR significant yearss of relevant working experience in any other industry.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, practices, and procedures applicable to high-risk industries.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to work under contract basis period.
