About the job

This role assists with system implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, and training to optimise HR solutions and improve user experience across the organisation.

Your assignment

  • Advise and maintain HRIS systems by identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and providing solutions to problems escalated by users.
  • Develop and maintain HR system user guides, SOPs, training materials and conducting HR systems related trainings.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
  • Participate in assigned HR projects effectively & efficiently and support the implementation, enhancement of HRIS modules, platforms, and configurations.
  • Support the updating and maintenance of the Ikano Retail organisation chart to accurately reflect structural changes.
  • Assist in keeping HR content on Ikano One’s Co-worker Hub accurate and accessible.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 - 4 years’ experience with HRIS systems preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You are proficient in HR relates processes, practices, reporting and dashboard analytics.
  • You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and the ability to influence.
  • You are innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking while applying relevant HR solutions to business needs.
