This role involves managing HRDC documentation and providing comprehensive administrative support. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal applicant will have a diploma in Business Administration and be fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.
Bringing order to learning claims and regulatory requirements, the coordinator will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within the Learning Deployment Team. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the administrative tasks assigned to you.
