Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, offering insights on workforce planning, organizational structure, and team health.
Partner with GMs and department heads to deliver HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.
Lead and execute across all generalist areas: recruitment, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and more.
Provide coaching to line managers on people matters, including conflict resolution and development planning.
Remain hands-on with HR operations as needed, covering policies, processes, compliance, and payroll coordination.
Performance, Culture & Talent
Drive OKRs and performance reviews to foster accountability and clarity.
Support talent development, upskilling, and internal mobility initiatives.
Lead engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and recognition strategies to promote company culture.
Contribute to HR transformation projects, including digitization, analytics, and employer branding.
Support or lead initiatives around leadership development, DEI, and onboarding experience redesign.
Participate in group-level initiatives such as M&A, integration, and new business expansion.
