Your new role

Based in Johor, you will be a regional HRBP working closely with the regional team and creating your footprint as a pioneer. Gradually expanding its business, you will be involved in being the subject-matter expert in resolving people challenges and setting up the right foundation of HR. This role covers key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. You will play a vital role in building strong employee relations, supporting talent development and retention, and driving continuous improvement across HR operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong ability to partner with country managers and influence across all levels of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • More than 15 years of work experience in full spectrum HR
  • Added advantage if from a setup environment or experienced in growing from small headcounts to large MNC settings
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in local labour laws, industrial/employee relations
  • Position is open to seasoned Senior Managers
  • Industry open
