Overview

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR processes that support Honor’s nationwide field force. This role goes beyond administration—you will be the key partner ensuring outsourced workforce management is smooth, compliant, and strategically aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Field Force HR Management: Partner with workforce agencies to oversee end-to-end HR operations for outsourced staff, covering payroll, KPI incentive calculation, benefits administration, and contract management.
  • Compliance & Governance: Define, implement, and audit internal HR practices to ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws and company policies, mitigating operational and reputational risks.
  • Talent Lifecycle Support: Drive recruitment and selection for field force positions, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Onboarding & Engagement: Design smooth onboarding/offboarding processes and support employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and productivity across retail/field teams.
  • Data Accuracy & Insights: Maintain and validate employee records, claims, NDAs, and contracts, ensuring data integrity. Generate workforce reports to provide management with actionable insights.
  • Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for field force HR queries, resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong relationships with staff and agencies.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously improve HR operations processes, introducing best practices and automation where possible to enhance efficiency and scalability.
