Overview

Marco Global Payroll (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Malaysia team in day-to-day HR operations, mainly focusing on recruitment, interviews, and employee offboarding. You will work closely with the regional HR team to ensure smooth HR coordination and compliance with Malaysia’s employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, interview arrangements, and offer preparation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including termination and exit interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documents.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with Malaysia’s employment law and company policy.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR administrative tasks when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or generalist role.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, good teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
