Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year as an HRBP. Experience in the Southeast Asian market is preferred.
  3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations across Southeast Asian countries, with strong cross-cultural communication and management skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  5. Able to adapt to frequent business travel and maintain strong resilience and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a strategic partner to business departments by understanding country-specific business needs and developing HR strategies that align with local laws, regulations, and cultural contexts.
  2. Lead all HR functions across Southeast Asia, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, and development.
  3. Support business leaders in organizational structure design and optimization, and drive the identification and development of key talents.
  4. Analyze HR data from different countries to provide decision-making support and improve organizational effectiveness.
  5. Ensure compliance and consistency of HR policies and processes across the region, and handle cross-border employee relations issues.
  6. Promote the integration and communication of corporate culture in a multicultural environment to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English. Proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Malay, Thai, Vietnamese) is a plus.
