Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our company is seeking a driven and strategic HRA Manager to join our team in Taman Bukit Piatu Mutiara, Melaka. As HRA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resources strategy and delivering best-in-class HR services to support our growing business.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, salary & compensation.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
