A financial services company is seeking an HR Systems Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to provide technical support and maintain Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). This role involves coordinating with stakeholders to enhance system operations and resolve issues. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The HR Systems Specialist will support the Lead in providing technical expertise, development, and ongoing maintenance of the Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), with a focus on Leave Management, Performance Management, and Roster Planning modules. This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and vendors to deliver efficient system solutions, ensure smooth system operations, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), ideally within financial services, consulting, or large organizations.
Skills/Competencies
Experience with XML Publisher and Oracle Discoverer, cloud-native applications, vendor collaboration.
