Job Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    2. Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.
  2. Employee Relations:
    1. Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
    2. Mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts while fostering a positive work environment.
  3. HR Operations:
    1. Manage and update employee records, payroll processes, and attendance tracking.
    2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  4. Performance Management:
    1. Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on improvement plans.
    2. Develop and implement employee training and career development programs.
  5. Policy Development & Implementation:
    1. Create and maintain HR policies aligned with company goals and local regulations.
    2. Ensure effective communication of HR policies and updates to employees.
  6. HR Strategy Contribution:
    1. Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce trends and analytics.
    2. Prepare regular HR reports for management on recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 5-7 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  5. Proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle multiple priorities.
