Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What will you do?
  • Payroll Administration: Deliver and lead day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Support the payroll team with routine requirements including Shift Template, Overtime Template, New Hire Template, Payroll Instruction Template, etc.
  • Handle statutory updates for new hires, registrations, resignations on statutory portals and tax filings.
  • Perform daily checks and updates based on staff movements and changes.
  • Support HR Services by assessing and responding to employee queries through the ASKHR mailbox.
  • Oversee and deliver HR/Payroll projects and HRIS administration processes, including system programming changes to ensure compliance with plan design and legislative changes, meeting timelines and commitments.
  • Support and lead assigned HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements with the team and business partners.

Qualifications and experience
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; HR certification preferred.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in human resources and payroll administration.
  • Minimum experience level: 3-5 years
Skills
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills with high organization and a sense of business and consulting orientation.
  • Knowledge of tax and labour law developments; ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess operations for regulatory risk, report anomalies, and propose corrective actions while managing priorities.
  • Effective planning and time management to meet major milestones and deadlines.
IT tools
  • Experience in financial services with strong Excel skills; VB and Macro capability is a plus.
