Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment tasks, including job postings, screening, and arranging interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave applications.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Support basic payroll matters and statutory submissions.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and office supply coordination.
Provide overall support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in organizing and hosting company events or staff activities, as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Possesses prior working experience or skillset in Human Resources.
Preferably a female candidate to maintain team diversity balance.
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
