Processchangestotheorganization'shumanresourceprogramsandpoliciesinaccordancewithguidelinessothattheseprogramsareimplementedaccuratelyandfairly.
Maintainemployeerecordsmanuallyorinahumanresourcesinformationsystem(HRIS)sothatinformationisaccurateandsecure.
Datamanagedmayincludepersonalinformation,jobhistory,retirementandinsurancedocumentation,leaveaccrualrecords,anddetailsofillness,absences,transfers,andsalaryprogression.
Analyzedataandpreparereportsformanagement,tomeetlegalobligations,orforexternalagencies.
Statisticsanalyzedmayincludeemployeedemographics,skillsinventory,absences,overtime,oremployeeturnover.
Respondtoenquiriesfromemployees,managersandexternalagencies(suchasgovernmentdepartmentsorinsurers)aboutindividualandorganization-widehumanresourceinformation,withoutcompromisingtheorganization'sstandardsofprivacyandconfidentiality.
