- Accurately enter and update employee data in the HR system.
- Administer and manage employee leave requests in compliance with policies.
- Prepare attendance reports for month end closing.

- Employee Data Maintenance: Accurately enter and update employee data in Success Factor EC system
- Maintain and audit HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc audits of employee records to identify discrepancies or outdated information.
- Support HR reporting by generating standard reports and assisting with data analysis requests.
- Assist in system upgrades or implementations by participating in testing and data validation.
- Leave & Time Management: Administer and manage employee leave requests (annual, parental, etc) in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to the timekeeping system to reflect any adjustments such as shift changes, overtime, or corrections.
- Prepare attendance report for month end closing.
- Provide support for system configuration changes related to time management, such as approval workflow updates, shift pattern changes, and clock time adjustments.
- Collaborate with the HRIT/vendor teams to resolve any technical issues or enhancements required in the timekeeping systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on matters related to Employee Personal and Job Information, Leave and Time attendance.
