What You’ll Do
- Ensure all HR documents are properly stamped and processed through LHDN.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate stamping payments.
- Ensure all stamped documents are properly organized and stored in the designated folder.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Partner with business functions as an expert on HR policies and processes.
- Provide support and advice to all users on the HR SAP system (Employee Connect). Administer employee lifecycle transactions including but not limited to hiring, personal and organization data changes, transfers, and leavers processes. Audit for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Onboarding activities include pre-hire logistics support, preparing the New Hire Getting Started Guide, welcoming new hires on Day 1, and coordinating New Employee Orientation. Offboarding activities include logistics support, ensuring exit documentation is completed, and returning company assets.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes. Re-engineer existing processes to streamline operations and develop improved workflows for efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis from various data sources.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
- Independent, meticulous, well-organized.
- Exposure to local labor law.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of HR activities.
