Job description

We're looking for a PeoplePulse Support Center Representative to join our team.

As a PPSC Partner, you will be responsible for customer interaction, delivering transactional and specialist HR services—including administration, onboarding, and the overall Employee Lifecycle. You will report to the PPSC Team Leader and be based at UOA Shah Alam.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Use procedures, policy manuals, and other reference materials via the knowledge management tool to assist in answering and resolving employee and manager inquiries by phone and web chat in real time.
  2. Process new hires, employee movements, status changes, and other employee events in Workday.
  3. Communicate and educate customers on HR policies, procedures, and relevant government regulations, including the proper use of the PeoplePulse Support Center and associated resources, such as the employee portal.
  4. Collaborate with the local HR team to deliver high-quality, compliant services that meet business expectations.
  5. Triage employee inquiries and escalate to functional specialists or third-party vendors/outsourced providers when in-depth knowledge is required.
  6. Maintain employee files and records to meet specified requirements.
  7. Continuously improve HR-related processes through improvement projects.
  8. Update process documentation, employing clear language and knowledge expertise.
Qualifications
  1. Professional fluency in English is required.
  2. Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  3. 1-3 years of experience as a customer service representative in a call center environment.
  4. Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
  5. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  7. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  8. Continuous Improvement mindset.
