Manage the responded team daily operation and ensure the team performance meet the SLA target.
Lead, develop and motivate the team by acting as an escalation point when faced with complex issues/problems.
Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/business groups and acquire in-depth knowledge of a process, as required.
Participate in various Internal or Business Groups initiatives related to process.
Monitor the process dashboards and team process volume and timeliness performance. Monitor and manage team productivity.
Actively participate in all processes related to business meetings in-person or virtually through conference calls.
Communicate with management team in performance measures, reporting and dashboarding.
Identify and carry out the continuous improvement of effective and efficient HR transactional activities and processes which support the whole employee lifecycle including but not limited to hiring, promotion, transfer, resignation, and employee personal data changes.

Employee Lifecycle Management
Employee Personal Data Administration
Time Management
Manage team engagement and coaching.
Plan and drive internal teams cross-training.
Review and ensure User Guides are maintained timely and accurately by the team.
Ensure team productivity through effective work distribution and assignment.
Ensure all tickets and requests are processed and resolved within SLA.
At least 6 years of experience in delivering HR processes using SAP system in shared services or BPO environment, focusing on managing end-to-end HR process full scope (Personnel administration, Time Management, and Payroll) of transactional HR.
Advanced SSC HR full functions knowledge and experience in SAP system.
Deep understanding of SSC HR routine operation requirements. Able to analyze and estimate potential influence or risk for special scenarios or requests.
Strong decision-making skills in accordance with guidelines, practices, and procedures.
Strong communication and influence ability, able to discuss process matters dependently and resolve relevant questions with clients.
Excellent leadership skills, able to lead and engage the team in daily management, keeping members motivated.
Ability in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin is necessary for the China support team.
