Job Responsibilities
1. Group Recruitment and Deployment Center Duties
  • Coordinate recruitment needs across the Group (Malaysia, Indonesia, and China), and assist in the formulation and implementation of hiring plans in all three locations.
  • Independently manage resume screening, initial interviews, second-round interview arrangements, and follow-up on recruitment outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a candidate talent pool, coordinate training arrangements and job placements.
  • Arrange for local Malaysian employees to undergo training or job rotation at the China headquarters or the Indonesian branch.
2. Onboarding Process and Training Arrangements
  • Responsible for onboarding guidance for new employees, company policy orientation, safety training, and assessment arrangements.
  • Develop training plans and assist in implementing standardized training modules and course resources across all three regions.
  • Follow up on probationary period evaluations and provide formal confirmation recommendations and feedback mechanisms.
3. Daily Personnel Management and Policy Implementation
  • Supervise daily HR processes including attendance, performance, leave, and job transfers.
  • Monitor compliance with employee conduct guidelines, participate in disciplinary actions, rewards, and performance interviews.
  • Coordinate employee relations, organize regular satisfaction surveys and activities to enhance team cohesion.
4. Personnel Records and Cross-border Coordination
  • Establish and maintain complete employee records (both electronic and physical) in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle visa applications, accommodation, and language adaptation issues for dispatched employees.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time HR experience, with proven ability in independent recruitment and personnel management.
  • Proficient in office software and basic HR management systems.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is a mandatory; proficiency in Malay and/or Indonesian is a plus.
