Job description

You will focus on driving effectiveness, and innovation within GSD/PPSC operations. You will streamline HR processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. You will lead programs to implement new technologies or processes within the HR function, ensuring a smooth transition and support from stakeholders. Overall, you play a critical role in modernizing GSD/PPSC operations, aligning them with business objectives, and enhancing the employee experience. You will be an individual contributor and will report directly to HR Content and Systems Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to improve HR operations and lead transformation programs aligned with organizational goals.

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

  • Change Management: Lead change programs within the GSD/PPSC, including communication, training, and stakeholder management to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR operations, tracking progress, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Technology Adoption: Assess and implement new HR technologies and systems to automate processes, improve data management, and enhance the employee experience.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, finance, and operations, to align HR processes with business objectives and ensure integration with other processes.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR operations, including compliance, data security, and process integrity.

  • Training: Provide training and support to GSD/PPSC staff on Opex & Quality Tools, and best practices to build their capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Project Management: Manage projects related to HR process improvement and transformation, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate HR operations, identifying opportunities for further improvement, and implement changes to lead ongoing optimization and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant background.

  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience of Opex & Transformation/Quality/Six Sigma Greenbelt in HR & Payroll Domain preferably.

  • Minimum 5+ years exposure in BPO sector or shared service sector.

  • Operational Excellence: Understanding of operational excellence principles and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile, and the ability to apply them to HR processes.

  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead and manage change programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and resistance management.

  • Process Improvement: Expertise in analyzing and optimizing HR processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, risk management, and evaluation.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to use data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement within HR operations.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR technologies and systems, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other relevant software applications.
