A leading FMCG multinational corporation. With a multi billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Japanese Speaker, HR Services talents. There are junior up to senior positions available across the function.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to global HR helpdesk queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with organizational policies.
  • Implement updates to HR programs and policies in line with established guidelines to ensure consistent and fair application across the organization.
  • Accurately maintain employee records—either manually or within an HRIS—to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage a wide range of employee data, including personal details, employment history, benefits documentation, leave balances, medical and absence records, transfers, and salary development.
  • Compile and analyze HR data to create reports for internal management, regulatory compliance, or external stakeholders.
  • and report on workforce statistics such as demographics, skills, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover rates.
  • Address inquiries from employees, managers, and external bodies (e.g., government agencies or insurers), while upholding strict standards for privacy and data protection.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Phycology, Communications or any related field .
  • Candidates with at least 3 years of working experience in a regional role or multinational company.
  • Candidates with Human Resource experience will be prioritize
  • Language certification such as JLPT, with a minimum proficiency of N2 is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who is able to achieve and strive in a fast-paced environment.
