Work closely with HR team based in China by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters.
Lead a small team, guide and coach to meet/align with organization’s direction.
Prepare and compile data for compensation analysis, including salary benchmarking and pay equity based on the company policies.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and work together with China HR to ensure their benefits and insurance are enrolled.
Provide support for payroll calculations and ensure accurate distribution of compensation.
Update employee movements and personal data changes through SAP system, ensuring that the employee information is accurate and consistently up to date.
Analyze employee data to identify trends and prepare data analysis reports.
Support the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures as required.
Possess Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant professional certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly those with a background in managing junior teams. Experience in the Shared Services Centre industry is a plus.
Fluency in Mandarin is required to support the HR team based in China, given the nature of the business.
Proficient in HR software and tools, especially Excel and other data management systems.
Possess excellent communication skills, leadership, and attention to detail.
