Job summary

A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an HR Service Delivery Executive to manage payroll processing for around 500 employees. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree and ideally 1 year of relevant experience, although fresh graduates are welcome. This role will involve generating payroll reports, handling HR tasks, and maintaining employee records.

Overview: To ensure that the employees’ monthly payroll are paid correctly and on time. Performs all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports, preparing accounting transactions and documents, and preparing special reports for management.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees on the Boss iNet system (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, resignees, leave, overtime, allowance and claims).
  • Preparing payroll related reports to relevant parties and generating statutory contribution/payment (e.g. LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, PTPTN, ASN, Tabung Haji, etc.) within the stipulated timeline.
  • Handling day-to-day HR operational tasks such as employee transfer, probationary confirmation review, employee resignation, festival advance application, employee hire purchase subsidy application, employee insurance declaration, etc within the stipulated time frame.
  • Conducting employee background screening to respective relevant parties within 15 working days from date of receipt.
  • Maintenance of employee database in HRMS and personal files.
  • Attend to other HR related tasks as assigned by superior and Head of HR.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field and is open for fresh graduate.
  • 1 year contract role.
