Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on cross-functional process improvements, drive EDM/payroll project, able to champion and drive closure for complex issues.
2. Ability to analyze situations, explain the rationale and implications before responding to a query.
3. Manage ambiguity in complex situations or functional teams and provide clear and consistent interpretation of guidelines.
4. Identify, prioritize and allocate any workload balances by collaborating with manager and team.
5. Provide tactical solutions to complex process problems across functional/business areas or complex system problems in own area/across areas.
6. Understand the upstream and downstream impact upon own and other functional areas.
7. Anticipate problems, propose solutions; implement solutions; and follow up.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology.
2. Must have advanced language proficiency in English, Simplified & Traditional Mandarin.
3. Must have Workday data management experience.
4. ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
