MSR Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“MSR-GE”) is a fast-growing renewable energy (“RE”) developer committed to building a high-performance, mission-driven workforce. We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Senior Executive – Talent Management to support the company’s efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent across our project and corporate teams. This role is ideal for candidates with 4–6 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, talent engagement, and employee retention within dynamic project-based or engineering environments. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to support the full employee lifecycle and strengthen MSR-GE’s employer brand in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement talent retention strategies aligned with the company’s values, growth plans, and project cycles
  • Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and career development pathways
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning across multiple departments
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes, including updating job descriptions and evaluation frameworks
  • Maintain accurate employee records and dashboards related to hiring, attrition, and internal mobility
  • Coordinate employee feedback cycles (e.g., surveys, exit interviews) and prepare reports for HR management review
  • Contribute to HR policy updates, cultural initiatives, and internal communications to enhance employee experience
  • Support the organisation of internal training sessions and performance review processes
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices

About You:

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years focusing on recruitment and/or talent management
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines, source quality candidates, and build talent networks
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. JustLogin, HReasily, or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals such as JobStreet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across levels and departments
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for people development and building a positive workplace culture
  • Knowledge of current labour laws, hiring trends, and best practices in employer branding and employee retention
  • Experience supporting project-based or technical teams in the engineering or energy sector is an advantage
