Foster open communication and collaboration within the regional HR team.
Drive implementation of Corporate Human Capital Management initiatives (e.g., Talent Management/Succession Planning, Management By Objectives, Learning & Development) in alignment with local culture and regulations.
Ensure execution of global HR policies, including mobility and insurance programs.
Lead regular training, workshops, and seminars to up-skill regional teams.
Serve as a strategic liaison, providing regional organisational insights to the Corporate Chief Human Resources Officer's team.
