Job summary

A leading technology company in Kulai is seeking a qualified HR professional to manage HR systems and processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementation of Malaysia's HR system.
  • Collaborate with headquarters in Taiwan for HR alignment.
  • Assist in payroll and statutory related tasks.
  • Optimize recruitment workflow and related activities.
  • Handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions.

Skills

Proficient in Malay

Job description

Job descriptions are as follows, actual allocations depend on the experience and expertise of the candidates:

  1. Implementation of HR System: Assist in the implementation of Malaysia's company human resources system/Optimize and implement relevant systems.
  2. Collaborate with headquarters in Taiwan to ensure alignment with global HR strategies.
  3. Compensation Management: Assist in payroll and statutory related tasks. Such as LHDN affairs, SOCSO, EPF.
  4. Talent recruitment: Including Staff and Operators. Optimize the workflow and implement related activities to enhance the recruitment efficiency.
  5. Review and check leave/attendace records, provide management insights or analysis for HR and departments' further acitons.
  6. Foreign worker affairs: Handle the applications and related tasks regarding to foreign workers, such as the knowledge to cooperate with agencies, goverment, and VISA affairs.
  7. Training & Development: Arrange annual internal training plan, maintain training records to comply with regulations(such as RBA), and implement programs to enhance the effect of training.
  8. Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts and disciplinary actions to ensure a fair and compliant workplace. Support, plan the actitvities to enhance the engagement of employees.
  9. VISA and Expats Affairs: Handle EP/PVP VISA applications, expats' VISA renewal, and other tasks related to expats.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Malay: Proficient, English: Fluent, Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Senior Associate: Over 5 years experience
  • Associate:Over 2 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Having comprehensive human resources experience in a Malaysian company
  • Experience is serving multinational or large companies is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge about DL recruitmment, especially related to foreign workers and agency services.
