Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to shape our people strategy across stores and corporate roles in Malaysia. You will own full-cycle recruitment, design sourcing strategies, and partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and the ability to communicate in Chinese.

Job description

• Identifies the ideal recruitment channel and platform by accessing the applicability for the candidate’s pool that match with our requirements in order to achieve cost efficiency.
• Formalizes job description and specifications for existing and new positions for hiring needs and job analysis in order to use this particular information to create a right fit between job and employee.
• Assist to manages internal movement and mobility opportunities for talent retention in order to create long term career pathing to all level of employees.
• Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting Managers on recruitment function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision‑making involving people issues
• Lead full-cycle recruitment
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for high‑volume store roles and niche tech/corporate positions.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies.
• Implement and optimize recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Drive DEI hiring initiatives and champion inclusive recruiting practices.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.
• Ensure recruitment strategies support long-term employee retention and organizational stability

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Social Science / any related field.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
