DescriptionAs an HR Recruiter at Solarvest, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring that we find individuals who align with our company values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the culture at Solarvest.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create job descriptions.
- Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback.
- Maintain and manage a candidate database, tracking progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to showcase Solarvest as an employer of choice.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze sourcing effectiveness and recruitment trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring processes.
- Support the team with ad hoc assignments and cross-functional HR initiatives as required.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
