Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career portals.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain candidate records appropriately.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
