Reporting to the HR Manager, the Protégé will support HR processes, assist with recruitment initiatives, create compelling job descriptions, publish vacancies, and help coordinate training events within the healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to commit to a 12-month structured training program under the Protégé development initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and calendar management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives by planning and coordinating training sessions, sourcing vendors, and managing HRD grant applications.
• Organize and execute team-building programs, including vendor selection, logistics management, and grant submissions.
• Negotiate with training and team-building vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Deliver administrative and analytical support to the HR Lead through preparing presentations, generating reports, and conducting data analysis.
• Manage talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
• Identify and screen potential candidates across multiple platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Create compelling job descriptions and publish vacancies on relevant job boards.
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
