Job description

To support in the full HR Payroll, IR & HR function for the company.

  • Responsible for Group Payroll and all payroll related role.
  • IR on Union related matters.
  • Liaise with Government Statutory and ensure monthly statutory payment is on time.
  • Generate monthly relevant payroll report.
  • Responsible for generating yearly EA form and Borong B Submission to tax department.
  • Assist HR Chief for Yearly Performance Review Process and Proposal to the Management.
  • In charge of Group HR ISO 9001:2015 Compliance and Audit.
  • Responsible for Group Training and Submission for HRDF Application and Claim.
  • Assist the HR team in conducting Orientation & Group HR Activities.
  • Handle all general HR functions & admin tasks & Yearly HR Projects as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as requested by management.

Academic or Trade Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource / Equivalent.

Work Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, but experience will be an added advantage.
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, Times Pay System.
  • Required languages: Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
  • Ensure all employee data is kept private and confidential.
