About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team at Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kempas, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and HR administration to support our growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
2. Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Monitor and verify staff attendance reports.
4. Manage staff personal files and organize relevant documentation.
5. Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll and HR-related inquiries.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and initiatives.
7. Assist in preparing HR reports and conducting data analysis.
8. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Payroll role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HR best practices, and labor laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in HR and payroll software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
