A payroll outsourcing company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage employee payroll data and ensure timely payment processing. The role requires 3-4 years of experience in payroll systems and a Diploma in a related field. Candidates must be independent, detail-oriented, and committed to their work. This is a 10-month contract position.
Provide monthly payroll data to payroll outsourcing company. Collaborate with Department Heads to obtain monthly/quarterly bonus information to be processed during the month. Prepare payroll monthly report for HoHR’s checking. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently. Ensure all statutory payments are paid on time.
At least 3-4 years of experience in Payroll system
Minimum Diploma holder in related field
Able to work on a 10 months contract basis
Must be independent, diligent and have great attention to detail
Highly responsible and committed to completing work within given timeframe
