A leading beauty company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, ensure compliance with Malaysian laws, and oversee daily HR operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 2 years of relevant HR experience, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance in Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian employment laws.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process.

Payroll Management

Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).

Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor and tax laws.

Handle employee queries related to salary, claims, and statutory contributions.

Compliance

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.

Assist in preparing necessary reports for government bodies (e.g., LHDN, EPF, SOCSO).

Coordinate and support audits and inspections by statutory bodies.

HR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, leave administration, and HR documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and files.

Support HR-related communications and announcements to staff.

Performance Review

Coordinate and facilitate the performance appraisal process according to company timelines.

Track and maintain performance records for all employees.

Support line managers in performance discussions and provide necessary HR guidance.

Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance in Malaysia.

Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and good communication skills.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
