We are looking for a HR & Operation Officer to join our team!

Are you a proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional ready to take full ownership of the HR function? We’re looking for a hands-on, all-rounder HR Executive / Manager to be the one and only HR in our growing company!

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the freedom to shape and lead all aspects of HR—from recruitment to employee welfare, operations to team culture. You will be able to grow this small team together into a bigger team, as much as we can!

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the hiring process end-to-end, from job posting to onboarding new team members.

People Operations: Maintain employee records, manage contracts, and oversee payroll support and HR systems.

Conflict Resolution: Be the go-to person for resolving internal issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

Welfares: Create company events that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and retention.

Company Assets & Compliance: Keep track of all company equipment and ensure HR-related compliance is always up to date.

Team Culture & Unity: Drive initiatives that foster collaboration, positivity, and a strong team spirit.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in HR.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with any one.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
