HR Officer 人力资源专员 - based at Taman Gaya

We’re looking for a Dynamic and Results-driven HR Officer to join us. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, driving efficiency and implementing strategies to boost productivity.

Working Location:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Address employee queries and support conflict resolution.
3. Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination.
4. Manage payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
7. Support general HR admin and ad-hoc tasks.
8. Assist finance with invoice preparation and basic accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Accounting, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in HR or Accounting.
