Job description

Job responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee payroll using HRMS software.
  2. Accelerate manpower recruitment activities.
  3. Develop and conduct new employee orientation programs, reviewing them regularly to meet operational needs.
  4. Review and enhance training guidelines and policies to ensure alignment with organizational expectations and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
  5. Advise on HRDF applications, claims, and reimbursements for training, ensuring proper usage and compliance with HRDC guidelines.
  6. Serve as the contact point for industry relations related to staff discipline, domestic inquiries, and other employee issues.
  7. Manage expatriate affairs and support business travel arrangements.
  8. Oversee office supplies management.
  9. Handle general affairs including company car, driver, and other support services.
  10. Collaborate closely with the Human Resource & General Affairs Manager to implement all job initiatives.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
