Human Resource Officer (Food and Beverage)
Job duties:
- Recruitment: Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange and conduct interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate, and follow up with candidates; onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts.
- Issue letters such as warning letters, memos, salary increment letters, and confirmation letters.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Manage motivation and grievances.
- Handle payroll processing.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure employment contracts, offer letters, employee handbook, and performance review forms are up-to-date and relevant; update these documents as necessary.
- Manage employee leave and claims.
- Calculate monthly overtime.
- Monitor employee attendance daily.
- Prepare manpower costing reports.
- Arrange training and courses for employees.
Job Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Can start immediately or on short notice.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in coaching and educating staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Possess a positive mindset.
- Fluent in English (must).
- Fluent in Mandarin (advantage).
- Experience handling Singapore Work Pass/employment pass applications (bonus).
