Job summary
A leading company is seeking an HR Executive to manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The candidate will handle disciplinary actions, promote employee engagement, and generate key HR reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least two years of relevant experience.
Qualifications

Job responsibilities:
- Conduct counselling and advice for staff pertaining to performance and disciplinary issues.
- Take necessary disciplinary actions including conducting investigation, determination for further action & conducting domestic inquiry pertaining to employees’ disciplinary issues.
- Maintaining disciplinary action database.
- Analyze disciplinary issues and propose performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
- Ensuring that all matters relating to employee and Industrial relations follow employment law, IR process and the company's policies, rules and regulations.
- Work with the department manager or HOD with respect to disciplinary action required, including preparation of documents, investigation of offence, scheduling, and attendance at hearings.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Promote and implement employee engagement programs.
- To generate HR reports, such as Headcount Report, Leave Balance, and Closing Report, Absenteeism Report & etc.
- To analyze the attendance record and work with department manager and suggest action taken to improve the absenteeism, MC, and lateness issues.
- Oversee canteen management.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.
- Any other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned when necessary.
Job responsibilities:
