  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or any relevant fields.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a similar role.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at different levels in the company.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or with short notice are preferred.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking personnel.

  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing accurately, including payroll calculation, overtime, and allowances, in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain employee database and proper records of attendance and leaves.
  • Handle recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and orientation for new hires.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by superiors.
