Job summary

A leading logistics company, DHL Germany, is looking for an HR professional to coordinate recruitment and support talent acquisition initiatives in Penang. The ideal candidate should have at least a degree in HR and relevant experience, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with a Degree holder in HR related courses.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Good software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and support communication activities in recruitment.
  • Conduct candidate search and arrange interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies & guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • To co-ordinate and support the various communication activities in regard to recruitment especially in indirect labor hiring.
  • Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Conducting candidate search from applicant databases.
  • Arrange for interviews of short-listed candidates and ensure screening results are recorded adequately in the database.
  • Ensure on-going compliance and statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guidelines.
  • Responsible to drive service excellence in HR management and processes.
  • Assist to implement manpower and recruitment programs to ensure staff readiness in terms of skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview and selection process.
  • Building resume data bank for all levels.
Requirements
  • Preferably with a Degree holder in HR related courses or Professional HR affiliations (HR Institute of Management or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience. Added advantage if with hiring/talent acquisition experiences.
  • Good software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Good written and verbal proficiency in English and BM.
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
