A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an HR and Payroll Specialist to manage employee records, process payroll accurately, and ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR management, with at least two years of relevant experience, strong HR knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Maintain employee leave records and ensure legal compliance.
Process payrolls accurately, including statutory deductions and filings. Manage employee data and documentation.
Ensure payments for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, TAX, and HRDC, etc., are submitted on time.
Prepare EA forms, Form E.
Respond to government payroll audits.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR and payroll.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Good communication and written skills in English, BM, and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge of UBS payroll software is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Strong numerical and basic accounting skills.
