Role Overview:

As an HR & Office Administrative Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth employee experience and efficient office operations. This dual-function role requires a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who can balance administrative excellence with a people-first approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations & Onboarding: Manage onboarding, employee records, and support the full employee lifecycle.
  2. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination while supporting the new office setup for Thailand.
  3. Employee Engagement and Welfare: Plan internal events, manage employee benefits, and support employee initiatives, including company workshops, team building events, and festive celebrations.
  4. Compliance & Record Management: Ensure accurate documentation, HR compliance, and adherence to labour laws.
  5. General Support to Management: Provide logistical and administrative support to senior leaders for meetings, travel, and documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and Office Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
  4. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
  7. Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Mandarin.
