Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager / Senior Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resource functions. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the full HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, policies, and workforce plans.
  3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations.
  4. Oversee payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  5. Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and manage conflict resolution processes in compliance with labour laws.
  6. Review and update HR policies, employment contracts, and handbooks in line with current legislation.
  7. Drive performance management programs and succession planning initiatives.
  8. Build strong relationships with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  9. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-spectrum HR roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
  4. Proven experience in managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
