10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
Strong expertise in technical recruitment, workforce planning, and talent retention.
Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and health & safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand production environment.
Partner with production, engineering, and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled technical professionals for production, engineering, automation roles, etc.
Identify future talent needs, especially for critical technical positions, and create a succession pipeline.
Implement structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into brewery operations.
Build relationships with technical institutions, vocational schools, and industry associations to source top talent.
Develop initiatives to retain high-performing technical employees through career development and engagement programs.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to design technical training programs and upskilling initiatives.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the brewery.
Work with leadership to create competitive compensation packages tailored to technical talent.
Use HR analytics to track recruitment efficiency, retention rates, and workforce performance for continuous improvement.
