A multinational technology company is seeking a Human Resources Manager in George Town, Malaysia. The role involves overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with laws, and providing HR expertise. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of relevant HR initiatives and action plans, in addition to overseeing and managing day-to-day HR processes, including, but not limited to, employee relations, new hire onboarding, separations, HRIS administration, benefits program administration, and more.
The role will be the point person to lead and advise in matters relating to human resources, employment law, industry practices, and workplace rights, and will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources based in our US corporate headquarters.
