HR Manager (Full Spectrum, Pioneer) - Local Company - Based in Simpang Ampat

Our client, a service provider of international logistics services and supply chain solutions located in Simpang Ampat, is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager (Pioneer of a human resource department). The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

About the role:

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment cycle, and collaborate with department heads on hiring needs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, resolve employee issues, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, develop performance improvement plans, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer salary and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
