Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs or related projects to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
• Oversee contingent workforce management, including demand forecasting, deployment, and optimization
• Manage Managed Service Providers (MSP) to ensure service delivery excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency
• Ensure accurate worker classification and adherence to local employment regulations and compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with Legal teams to interpret, implement, and operationalize employment law and workforce policies
