Responsible for the full spectrum of HR Management. Administering and managing human resources plans for the Group.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Managing the overall recruitment process of foreign workers and welfare. Well-versed in foreign workers' management.
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Responsible and hands-on in payroll administration, statutory payments, disciplinary matters, and daily HR tasks.
Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Liaise with government bodies.
Handle ad-hoc duties as required by management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Humanities, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Experience: Over 5 years in HR Management, leading HR teams. Preferably with backgrounds in Manufacturing and Aquaculture.
Skills: People-oriented, results-driven, strong leadership and presentation skills, experience with HR metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, in-depth labor law knowledge, and HR best practices.
Languages: Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel as needed. Location: Sitiawan, Perak.
